Internationally, our organization consists of 82 local groups in 31 European countries, grouped into 9 regions. BEST Nis is part of the central-southern region along with 5 other local groups: Belgrade, Brasov, Nis, Novi Sad, Sofia.
In order to make decisions about future projects, co-operation between local groups and how to improve a growing network student group, in each region are held meetings with representatives of each local group, called Regional Meetings.
They have a very important role in the life of the organization as facilitating the communication between local groups and contribute to personal and professional development of participants.

The Organisers
Our group was formed in 2006 and at the GA2007 was officially announced as new Observer group. During the following months, we organized ITC DM in August 2007. At the PM2007 we became Baby member. In 2008 we organized our very first Summer Course thus removing the last obstacle on our way to the full membership. On GA2009 we gained full membership with 100% of the votes.
Local BEST groups Nis counts about 50 members, and is one of the most youth groups in the BEST, but with our seriousness in work and strong reltions between us we are improving our organisation every mounth.
